Summary Adventurer Todd Sampson is on a mission to investigate some of the most extraordinary people on the planet to see what we can all learn from their lives. In the third season of Body Hack, he travels to the far reaches of the globe to hack into their world. In Mexico, Todd explores the concepts of toughness and pain, competing in Lucha Libre wrestling. In Ethiopia, he's faced with one of the most shocking rituals he's ever seen, which involves the brutal whipping of women. In Siberia, he learns to survive in the Arctic wilderness with the reindeer people of the north. Finally, in Gaza, Todd lands in the middle of an incredibly violent conflict and comes face to face with death and one of the most feared terrorist organisations in the world, the Islamic Jihad. Humans are remarkably adaptable - whether it's the extreme cold of the north, droughts of the south, or even the devastation of war. We've learned to face fear, push through adversity and make the most from what we have. This series is a celebration of our human potential, and how our mind and body can adapt to almost anything. This may be Todd's most confronting, educational and entertaining series yet.
