Summary |
Documentary depicting the campaign to save the last of Australia’s Leard State Forest, a diverse and endangered woodland forest on the Liverpool Plain, from clearing for open-cut coal mines. It examines the future of coal, corporate responsibility and the rights governments afford to people vs corporations. Interview subjects appearing in the film include Jonathan Moylan, an environmental activist responsible for the production and distribution of a fraudulent press release regarding the ANZ bank's financial relationship with the coal mine in 2013. |
