| Summary |
In the near future, 4% of the population is born with some kind of 'supernatural' ability. Some can move objects by thought, some can control electricity and some can heal by touch. But instead of being billionaires and superheroes, these 'specials' are shunned by society and subjected to constant monitoring by a militarised police force, their robotic guardians and drones. With few opportunities, they either hide their gift or turn to crime... but when one desperate special, Connor Reed, is recruited by the head of Lincoln City's criminal organisation, he will finally learn to unleash his powers. |
