| Summary |
Rick Dale runs Las Vegas based Rick's Restorations, a family business that finds, restores, and upcycles cool objects ranging from Cadillacs to Coke machines. Dale has restored everything from barber chairs to a 1937 gas pump. Dale also shares information about each object including where, when, and why they were invented, plus who used them and how fixing or transforming them changes their value. Among other things, Rick looks to restore a rare 1950s Hopalong Cassidy Bicycle, a Marketeer golf cart and a Hershey's dispenser that dates from the 1940s. Rick is also asked to restore a 1950s Kelvinator Fridge so it can chill beers. |
